new. And in this moment, you are breathing, you are alive. Let that be
the beginning.

May this year help you recognize the simple miracle of being here. May you feel gratitude not as an idea, but as a living experience – in your breath, in your heart, in the quiet awareness of now.

You do not have to chase peace. You do not have to earn joy. What you are looking for is closer than you think.

May this year be a year of understanding – of listening more deeply,
loving more simply, and honoring the life that has been given to you.
