A world-renowned educator and bestselling author, Prem has a gift for making timeless truths accessible to people from all walks of life.

His most recent book, “Breath: Wake Up to Life,“ has appeared on the USA Today bestseller list, Amazon bestseller lists in Italy and India, and reached No. 3 in The Irish Times. To date, it has been published in 14 languages. His previous book, “Hear Yourself: How to Find Peace in a Noisy World,” received widespread acclaim and debuted on the New York Times bestseller list just two weeks after its publication. It has been published in 20 languages.

Other books authored by Prem include: “Peace Is Possible,” “The Pot with the Hole” and “The Stonecutter.”

From 2023-2025, he set three Guinness World Records in India for audience attendance, including the largest attendance to attend a book reading by a single author, the largest attendance at a lecture, and the largest attendance at a multi-author book reading.

Always looking for innovative, new ways to help people enjoy life more fully, Prem created Peace Education and Knowledge (PEAK) — a free, online, video-based, self-discovery course available worldwide.

He also developed the Peace Education Program which has been widely adopted in universities, prisons, police academies, hospitals, nursing homes, hospices and veterans centers in more than 80 countries.

Most recently, Prem launched Intelligent Existence, a platform offering immersive trainings focused on three key themes: knowing yourself, living consciously and cultivating gratitude.

Prem is also deeply involved in humanitarian work. The Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF), established in 2001, supports various charitable activities worldwide, including disaster relief, eye care clinics, food distribution programs and Peace Education Program outreach.

An accomplished pilot, Prem Rawat has logged more than 15,000 hours in service to his lifelong commitment to share his message of peace with as many people as possible. His personal interests include composing music, cooking, restoring vintage cars, storytelling, and photography. He has been married to Marolyn Rawat since 1974 and is the father of four and grandfather of four.
