É muito fácil começar a viver tendo outras pessoas como referência. “O que as outras pessoas estão vestindo? O que eu devo vestir? Eu quero ser normal. Há uma enorme busca nas pessoas: “Quero me encaixar; Eu quero ser normal; Eu quero estar de acordo!

Ainda queremos ser como as outras pessoas, porque realmente não temos ideia de quem somos. Se pudermos começar a entender quem somos, então poderemos dizer: “Tudo bem. O que eu visto, o que eu pareço, não importa. Eu entendo minha própria beleza, e minha beleza está dentro de mim.

E quando começamos a existir, verdadeiramente, e nos encarregamos de estar no centro do nosso universo, então começamos a viver. Então, não buscaremos nos outros, mas em nós mesmos, nossa inspiração. E é assim que devemos viver.

E isso está na raiz de tudo – buscamos referência nos outros, não em nós mesmos. Deveríamos olhar para nós mesmos. E veremos nossa beleza. Veremos nossa beleza em relação a nós e a todo esse universo enquanto ele existe. Porque somos parte deste universo.

Precisamos viver realmente nos entendendo. A sensação de ser, a sensação de “eu estou vivo”, deve estar na vanguarda, a cada segundo que estamos vivos, porque essa é a coisa mais importante que está acontecendo em nossa existência.

E devemos estar sempre em contato com isso: “Eu estou vivo.” O que isso faz? Enche nosso coração de gratidão. Preenche nosso ser com aquela bela sensação de estar vivo.
