Il y a tellement de cuisines dans le monde, les cuisines indienne, chinoise, japonaise, européenne, il y a tellement de cuisines.
Mais quel est le point commun de ces nourritures différentes, de toutes ces cuisines ? La faim !

Est-ce que la faim parle une langue ? Non. Est-ce que la faim a une nationalité ? Non. Est-ce qu’elle a une heure ? Non.
La faim c’est la faim, si vous avez faim, vous devez manger.

De la même façon, tant que nous voyons la paix comme quelque chose d’extérieur à nous : « Oui j’aime, non je n’aime pas cette idée de la paix, je préfère cette idée-là. » Mais si vous avez faim, si vous avez faim de la paix qui est en vous, alors toutes ces barrières disparaissent et vous voyez seulement la réalité de la paix, pas une idée préconçue de la réalité de la paix. Et c’est important, très important de le comprendre.
