Questa spazzatura che accumuliamo nella vita cosa fa? Il danno più grande che fa è che ci rende frustrati e quando un essere umano inizia a provare frustrazione dentro di sé, non riesce più a vederci chiaro, non riesce più a stabilire priorità, non riesce più a capire, non riesce più a vedere al di là dei suoi problemi, ed è per questo che i problemi diventano la cosa principale, e le cose importante saranno sepolte dalla spazzatura.

Devi tenere pulita la casa. Ogni giorno se puoi, ogni giorno, ogni ora se puoi. Ma se non puoi, almeno ogni due giorni siediti e stai con te stesso, e chiediti: “Bene, cos’è importante per me? Non per il mondo, non quel che il mondo si aspetta da me, ma cos’è importante per me. Voglio sentirmi bene, voglio stare in pace, e voglio aiutare quelli che amo, voglio essere al loro fianco.” Una volta che c’è questo, ecco che la tua casa è pulita, sai dove sta tutto, e lo fai, perché puoi.
